STRUCTURE OF ANTI-STATIC TECHNICAL RAISED FLOOR

HPL raised floor panel

Construction: Box-shaped stamped steel with a cement core.
Size: 600mm x 600mm x 35mm.
Surface: 1.2mm thick, scratch-resistant, anti-static HPL.
Weight: 13kg.
Load Capacity: 1.45 tons/m² synchronous; 445kg concentrated.
Edges: Durable black PVC.
Design: Embossed bottom for increased load-bearing.

HPL raised floor support legs

Base: 76x76x3mm steel with adjustable screws, galvanized steel head.
Support Leg Base: Galvanized steel, 100mm x 100mm x 2.5mm.
Support Leg Tube: 25mm diameter, 1.5mm thick, adjustable from 40cm to 100cm.

Attached to concrete with epoxy glue or M6 expansion screws.
